Kawasaki has launched The Eliminator 400 in India with a price of Rs 5.6Lakhs

 Kawasaki has unveiled the 2024 Eliminator 400 in India, continuing its stride since its initial launch last year, and is available at an introductory price of 5.62 lakh rupees ex-showroom positioned as a potential alternative to motorcycles like the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, the Kawasaki Eliminator 400 is making its mark in the cruiser segment. Distinct from a conventional cruiser, the Eliminator 400 embodies a modern interpretation well suited for urban streets while also accommodating longer voyages on highways.

Its design emphasizes a long and low profile, ensuring a balance of control. With a seat height of nearly 735 mm, this bike offers ease to ride even for shorter riders. Retaining a hint of retro charm, the Eliminator 400 showcases round headlamps, led lighting, a stretched fuel tank, abbreviated fenders, and exposed engine and frame components complemented by dual exhaust pipes. Embracing a comfortable riding posture, it features a broad handlebar and slightly forward set foot pegs which leads to a great comfort for cruising. The bike’s design facilitates a natural hand and knee placement, ensuring comfort during extended rides. Primarily tailored for solo journeys, the rider enjoys a well cushioned seat, while the pillion seat offers modest accommodation.
Presently available in Japan with three distinctive colour choices, the Eliminator 400 integrates a circular, fully digital instrument cluster. This display encompasses a gamut of essential features, including a speedometer, tachometer, clock, odometer, gear position indicator, real time and average fuel consumption data, dual trip meters and a fuel gauge. Enhancing its technological offerings, the Eliminator 400 incorporates bluetooth connectivity, allowing access to a spectrum of connectivity features. Through Kawasaki’s radiology smartphone application, riders can receive call and email notifications, get their riding logs, and access vehicle information seamlessly via this app.

Powering the Kawasaki Eliminator 400 is a robust 399 cubic centimeters parallel twin engine borrowed from the Ninja 400, generating 48 maximum power and 37 Newton meters of peak torque. This engine flown spotent, low speed torque ideal for swift city navigation at higher speeds, it exhibits it’s a smooth and linear response, making it an adept choice for leisurely highway cruising. The bike also boasts an assist and slipper clutch as standard, elevating its performance credentials close.
